Header bar

In the header, you see in what section of the app you are in. You can also see whether you are viewing all your binders or a specific one. This can readily be changed by clicking on the title and selecting in the context menu a different binder or all binders. Selecting a specific binder is useful to personalize what you are seeing in the window.

The header bar also contains a global search, your account's notifications and your profile picture that gives you access to a context menu with My Binders, My Account, and Logout.

Menu pane

Access frequently used sections of your binder to navigate quickly between sections.

Let's check each section together.

Create

This button makes creating elements faster. When selecting this option a context menu with different elements you can create will appear. This saves you time when you simply want to create new elements, but you are not in the appropriate section of the app.

Dashboard (TO COMPLETE)

Binders

In this section, you can view all your binders containing all your assets. If you need help structuring your binder, refer to this Section.

Assets

In this section, you can view all your individual assets.

Maintenances

In this section, you can view all your individual maintenances in a Kanban board.

Localization ($)

In this section, you can locate your assets on a map or an image with a marker.

Main pane

This is the main part of the application where all the information is shown based on what you've selected in the menu and the header.

Toolbar

Inside the toolbar, you'll find a bunch of useful tools that help personalize the information shown in the main pane.

Search

Use the search bar to quickly find an element shown in the main pane. You can type anything you want and we'll automatically update the elements shown in the main pane.

Filters

These filters are useful when you want to narrow the information shown in the main pane.

Views

This toggle enables switching between display options. Select the one you prefer!
