Binder

Each condo should have its distinct binder so the owner can manage it as he desires. All the condos can be hosted on the same account and shared individually with each condo owner.

Asset

Assets are always the equipment. In this case, it's the building's equipment that requires maintenances, but it can also be personal pieces of equipment of the condo owners. In this case, it can act as a reference to his physical assets.

Sector

Sectors could be used to group the equipment by type (e.g., electronics, heating, plumbing, etc.) or by location (e.g., kitchen, bathroom, etc.). This will help you filter the assets to find what you're looking for quickly.

Maintenance

Once you've created your assets, you can assign the required maintenances to keep them in excellent condition.
