Structuring a Binder

The structure of a binder in the platform is similar to that of a physical binder. The binder retains all the information. If you want you can have multiple binders to separate and organize different information.

In addition to the binder, you have your assets. These are the elements you are storing in a binder. Each asset can have one or multiple maintenances assigned to it.

To help you organize your assets, we've created a grouping feature (e.g., sectors, floors, location, or custom) that acts as a separator.
