Click on this link.
Once you're on the app trough Safari, you'll be prompt to add the app to your home screen. Click on it.
Once you've clicked on it, this menu shows up. Click Add to Home Screen.
Once you've click on it, you'll be ask to confirm the action. Click on Add.
Once these steps are done, the app should be on your home screen.
