Binder

The binder should be the factory. If you have multiple factories, you can create one binder per address.

Asset

Assets are always the equipment. In this case, it's the manufacturing machines, but it can also be other types of equipment present in the factory such as the building facilities or anything that requires maintenances.

Sector

Sectors could be used to group the equipment by department, by location, or by factory section. This will help you filter the assets to find what you're looking for quickly.

Maintenance

Once you've created your assets, you can assign the required maintenances to keep them in excellent condition.
