Utility

The form makes it possible to standardize the practices of a company and to keep track of all tasks carried out using the binder application.

Fields

Title

The title of the form should represent its content.

Log form

If the user ticks yes, the completed forms will be saved. Note that standard accounts keep the forms for 30 days, but with an additional purchase, it is possible to keep them indefinitely.

Signature

In order to complete the form, a signature will be required if this box is checked.

Image

An image helps to quickly identify the form. The image will be used on all applications, both web and mobile.

Draft

The draft is the editable portion of the form.

  • Operation: The operation represents the grouping of several steps.

  • Step: Step is a task or other.

By clicking on the preview, it is possible to see the form in PDF version.

Versions

When a draft is published, a new version is created. It is always possible to revert to a previous version if necessary.

Certificats

A certificate is a form completed following the completion of maintenance.
